Description
The Shop Standard 2.0 is a dry, siphon blasting cabinet made from 100% welded 12- and 14-gauge cold rolled steel.
Available in four (4) sizes to accommodate a variety of applications using a 5/16” (25 cfm) gun size for faster part processing when daily operation is not needed or required. Daily machine operation normally uses faster 50 to 90 cfm gun sizes for faster part processing.
The older Shop Standard was one of the first models designed in 1977 and now redesigned in 2017 to use the advanced negative pressure cartridge filtration dust collector used in all Media Blast siphon and direct pressure production blasting cabinets.
The Shop Standard 2.0 offers larger deeper / wider and taller cabinet sizes, fully loaded with machine features; 100% welded steel cabinet construction with the cleaner Industrial door construction. It includes the new cartridge dust collector technology using all negative pressure, a hopper bottom dust collector, semi-automatic pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle, 90 square feet of MERV tested and certified cartridge filtration with the blower on the clean side of the filters. An optional Blower Silencer is available for reduced blower exhaust noise level.
